I was getting frustrated, yet everytime I looked at Ben I had and urge to browse the 2011 Ralph Lauren catalogue.

In flight pizza. Amazing stuff. To bad it was not a digiorno. Imagine the ads:

Slow Witted Husband: walking back from lavatory: “Honey, you got delivery? we’re 30,000 feet above the Atlantic?”

Honey: sitting calmly in seat: “it’s not delivery, it’s digiorno”

Slow Witted Husband: very confused “ Looks like delivery”………….

and on it would go.

So instead we headed over to our favourite cafe. Public domain. And had a couple of javas from the Slayer.

Then hit up the legendary Powell’s Books. Powell’s City of Books is an independent bookstore in Portland, Oregon, that fills a whole city block with more than a million new, used, and out of print books.

Exhausted from the activities we checked out Leo in Inception at Lincon Center Cinemas. That got a few of the guys thinking.

Charles Darwin would most likely be upset with bees that had no stingers, or possibly that is the next step, and we have witnessed evolution, a future with no bee stings. Either way, we are happy with the situation because there are a lot of these little fellows.

July 21 – Travel Day, Mt. Hood

Travel food. Burgerville #16. The chain’s most significant differentiation is in its use of local ingredients and natural ingredients, such as Tillamook Cheddar in its burgers, and locally grownstrawberries in its milkshakes and sundaes. Throughout the year it offers seasonal items such as milkshakes made with hazelnuts, fresh pumpkins, fresh raspberries, fresh strawberries, and blackberries, and side orders such as Walla Walla onion rings, sweet potato fries and Yukon Gold potatoes.
